This person will offer their own set of skills, knowledge, interests and passions to support and enhance the Student Ministry at Custer Road UMC. Children’s Preschool Sunday School Teacher
Custer Road UMC is seeking caring and dependable adults to serve as teachers in our nursery and preschool Sunday School rooms. Job responsibilities include managing the safety and well being of all children in the classroom, implementing simple curriculum that includes a Bible story, crafts, and games, and strong positive communication with children, parents, and other staff members. Applicants must be available from 8:30 am -noon on Sunday mornings and be comfortable implementing a Bible based curriculum. Email Heather Hammer for more info or to apply.

The congregation of Custer Road UMC is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all people who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by the church. Any adult working at the church will be required to view a series of Ministry Safe video training prior to employment. Upon completion of the questionnaire (with a minimum score of 70%) at the conclusion of the video presentation, your training is considered valid for two years, and will be re-administered every two years thereafter as long as you are still employed or an active volunteer at Custer Road UMC.
