If you have already booked a wedding, you can make arrangements for recording and AV needs. Wedding AV Request Please complete the form below to request AV Services for your wedding in the Sanctuary. General InformationYou may have your ceremony recorded and live streamed for a Sanctuary wedding. A fee is paid to the church for the AV Ministry. The total contribution for the wedding will run $850. There is no additional fees for the Livestream. If you have questions, please feel free to contact A/V Director Jim Carter, jcarter@crumc.org.Wedding Video Services:The wedding video will consist of: 1. A holding slide that includes information gathered from a copy of your wedding invitation/program (A copy of your invitation/program needs to be provided.) 2. The video starts as the pre-ceremony music begins (Usually 15 minutes prior to the ceremony). 3. The video concludes at the end of the postlude once the wedding party has exited the Sanctuary. 4. A Livestream of the event is available, if desired, at no additional cost. The link to Livestream is located at https://crumc.org/livestream. Please request this option in advance of the wedding ceremony date. 5. Following the wedding, a completed video will be posted through a private link. This private link will be sent to you to view and/or download the video. This video link/download can be shared with family/friends, however, there is no limit to the number of views and downloads. The video is available for a minimum of nine months following the ceremony. Please recognize the money charged for this service is a contribution to the CRUMC A/V ministries.
